How much does First Choice Law charge
Consultation is always free. We charge on contingency (meaning we charge you no upfront money and we only charge a fee if we are successful in getting you a recovery) pursuant to the Florida Bar Rules.
How long will my case take?

What if I was partially at fault for the accident?
In March of 2023 Florida law changes, now if you are 50% or more at fault you are not entitled to any recovery. We are often able to disprove the defense theory of liability and overcome an unfavorable police report.
