How much does it cost to hire First Choice Law?

What should I do after a car accident?
If able; 1) get names and contact information of any witness; 2) take photos of the cars and the area of the crash; 3) call 911 and seek immediate medical attention, if necessary; and, 4) call First Choice Law. We will handle the rest.
What if I was partially at fault for the accident?
In March of 2023 there was a big change in Florida law. If you are now 50% or more at fault, you cannot get a monetary recovery. That is why it so important that you collect evidence at the scene and contact us immediately to investigate the cause of the crash.
When should I contact a personal injury lawyer?
